Abstract

We compared ergonomics and musculoskeletal disorders between standard laparoscopy and robot-assisted laparoscopy (https://doi.org/10.1245/s10434-022-12548-3). Robotic surgery improves the perception of physical workload with lower perceived effort regardless of the complexity of the surgery compared with standard laparoscopy.
