3d-cellomics

3DCellOmics is dedicated to the development of alternative 3D models to animals and addresses innovative and responsible methods for research under the 3R concept (replacement, reduction, refinement) as well as extracellular vesicles-based research and macrophages. The 3D models developed aim at recapitulating disease heterogeneity in order to understand the pathology and to test new therapies such as immunotherapies. 3D CellOmics models are organoids/tumoroids with immune cells and 3D bioprinting integrating stromat components. A biobank of breast cancer organoids from both canine and human tissues has been created and is available for studies.
